  As described but for £8 + postage I would have expected much better packaging as the two pieces of cardboard sellotaped together stuck to the record and records were shipped in the sleeves.

  Item arrived with a circuit board freely rattling inside and the mains transformer detaching. Fortunately repairable - but very glad I didn't plug it in before checking internally! Carrier had clearly dropped it. Packaging was probably 'adequate' and seller communicated well. Item arrived late due to incorrect addressing (genuine mistake) and its tour of the country probably increased the risk of damage.
