  I’m overjoyed with the way the cookie jar was packaged. The seller communicated with me to let me know that it would be double boxed and the lid and bottom would be shipped separately. They arrived and in perfect condition. Shipping cost were lower than most and the packaging was better than anything I’ve ever ordered. Always worried about if my jars will arrive in one piece, but no worries with this seller!! Excellent. Will definitely buy from again if they get anymore items I like. Thanks

  Was very bummed because items arrived broken in transit--3 of 5 did (though now, on closer look, 4 of 5, likely) :( but when informed of the shipping issue/breakage/photos, the seller was *very* responsive and we settled on refund terms. Still not sure if it was UPS or perhaps packing items too closely (even with bubble wrap) or even the cold weather, given the age of items. Regardless, professional exchange and amicable end result. I appreciate that, in sellers. I am one myself! :)
