It is crazy With this seller.
I paid weeks ago and they didnt answer. Until last week they told me they can not ship this article.
Okay no problem, but damn just give me an answer. And now I didn’t get an answer or the article or my money. What is this business like?? Never saw a seller like this on eBay

The products weren’t delivered on pallet but on boxes only. The machin does not work correctly and the vendor does not reply anymore to my questions since several days and does not help whereas he told me it was guaranted 2 years. He only replies when you need to buy something with them, don’t expect to be help if you have problems. Better to buy with a vendor that you see physically.

I have not received the sewing machine yet. there is a delay in delivery. hopefully the machine will be shipped next week. the seller actively communicates about the status and delay. So we'll just have to wait and see how we like the machine

I received the sewing machine 4-weeks ago. It was packed very well: The machine is easy to install (see manual). The test piece was still on it, so it had already been tested in the factory. The first two projects are completed: what a beautiful sewing machine. I'm so happy. The seller is also very helpful after the purchase. I still need some accessories (feet for zippers) and the seller is very helpful with that. Good and clear communication and always a quick response. I give the seller a TEN
