    Saying this with 100% positive feedback. We received a different item than ordered. The seller was super quick to respond when I reached out about it. Originally they thought the correct item was in stock, but then let me know it was not and, refunded the order cost right away. Stuff happens and, very appreciative how this seller handled things. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy anything in this store. Thanks again!

    They sent me the wrong item by accident but totally made it right. The item cost too much to ship back. So, they rushed the correct item out and told me to keep what I already had. Very good communication and trust worthy. I would recommend buying from them again! Thank you this was for my wife’s vacuum cleaner. I was able to fix it so now I no longer need to sleep in the dog house.

    The item received was not exactly as pictured, but the seller quickly responded and said they would rectify the issue immediately.     The part I received did not look like the part pictured that I was intending to purchase. It was a newer style that I could’ve purchased elsewhere for $15. But, it worked and my riding mower is no longer leaking fuel from the solenoid. Shipping was a complete cluster like it usually is with FedEx, no fault of the seller, it was sent out very promptly. The part was supposed to be here last week, but for some reason FedEx sits on the packages for a few extra days for good measure I guess?

    am I reviewing the item or this specific auction and seller? this 'new' feedback capability is just odd. I hope it doesn't persist. I'm not going to comment on the light bulbs themselves..... Seller was great, fast ship / well packed, shipping not overpriced (free), open box item is as described and works fine. Thank you!

    Item received as advertised and in good condition. Works well! The seller dispatched the item very quickly - good job thanks! However, Ebay's shipping was a let down. The international shipping price was expensive and at that price you woud expect efficient service. According to the tracking, once the item arrived in the Ebay shipping center in Chicago it sat there for eight days without moving. Once it arrived in Australia and was cleared by customs, no tracking update was given for seven days
