Never received my purchase. Last tracking update was May 19th. Was not refunded my money either.

We are sorry that your purchase was not received. We put in a request with the USPS. Unfortunately we have no control over packages once they are in the hands of the shipping company. We have been waiting for an update and are yet to get one. We understand your frustration. As for the refund we can not issue one until the product that was shipped is located. Ebay has been notified of the situation so hopefully this situation will be taken care of shortly.

Furby itself arrived safely, however I noticed that customs had cut open the shipping box to check inside and has cut the box of the furby (see photo). Luckily I didn’t want to keep it in the box however I imagine someone collecting them in boxes would be very annoyed at this as it lowest its value. I think considering how much postage costs are it could have been packed with a little more care. Overall very happy!
