  Item as described, unused - brand new. Seller provided excellent communication about the item to ensure this wasn't a mispurchase. Item was despatched promptly with a reputable courier. Packaged fairly well with additional cardboard as protection. No evident damage to the case. The case's original plastic protective wrapping was underlaid with dust but hasn't damaged the case itself.

  Item arrived well packed and in great condition, however I had a concern about my choice of purchase and decided to return item. The seller was very understanding regarding my concern. He was excellent at answering my queries and reassuring me. Even after I asked to return the item he was courteous and helpful. I would 100% recommend this seller. He was professional throughout. I would definitely buy from him again. I guarantee you would not be disappointed in the products or service.

  Product works well, but unfortunately parcel initially disappeared, and as it wasn't tracked as per listing, it wasn't immediately obvious what had happened. Parcel did turn up, and seller kept me informed the whole time.

  the item did not arrive on time but that was the fault of the royal mail but apart from that the item in question seems to be as advertised in good condition and well packed I am quiet happy so far and will fit the item later but as I have said the item appears to be in very good condition and was certainly very well packed. The seller dispatched the item very quickly living up to his part it is a pity the royal mail did not live up to theirs, thank you.
