  The quality of this battery was awesome the condition was as described new sometimes sellers will say things to sell and when you recieve them there not as was expected the value also was great for this battery appearance well as it was described new👍🏼 i will definitely be buying more from this seller oh they even took the time to message me if i had received it which not many sellers do this and the 10 yr warranty it has well even better

  The seller is using a 3rd party vendor, which a number of sellers do, so the batteries I received were 4ah batteries, and not the 12ah batteries I ordered. The seller refunded enough to make the entire transaction to my benefit, hence the 5 star rating I'm giving her for communication and the product is new. The shipping was 3 stars because of the 3rd party vendor, which was out of her control.
