  Awful experience with seller. Items not as described - they are described as tapered shims. When arrived they were just various pieces of wood at different thicknesses with no slope or taper. I messaged the seller, tried to give me 10% discount, then 25% then asked me to give them to a friend and then 50% very unhelpful and very unprofessional as I have persisted and asked for a refund. I will be reporting to Ebay and giving this bad review

  Very slow delivery. Despite listing as based in UK, seller appears to be overseas. Replies to chasers always came in the middle of the (UK) night. Goods eventually arrived undamaged despite lack of protective packaging. Seller now seems to have changed their username. Sorry, not impressed.
