Ordered three rings and sent back two the sizes are smaller, they try telling me I ordered the wrong size. I thought the buyer always right even tho I sent photos the rings where bought for the remembrance of both my mother and father death initials, truly disappointed, in this service. My son felt sorry for me and kept his ring, maybe he said he might lose weight!

Customer ordered wrong size. insisted we made wrong however requested larger size for replacement. I suggested sizes be confirmed with a jeweler for accuracy and I also offered replacement or full refund upon return receipt seems she expected both? I gave a full refund immediately when returned. This could have been resolved quickly and easily without eBay. All purchases are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
