  New Item, as described. Fast shipping carefully wrapped. Since the description said Elsa may need new batteries, I checked them right away. Two of the three batteries were leaking battery acid but I was able to remove them before they could cause damage to the doll itself. Just a FYI for people who want to collect these dolls that you may want to open them up and remove the batteries.
