The charm is cute. However, it's not a puffy heart as I thought I read. The chain is so thin 1 quick nail from my dog or other snag & its gone. So the charm, while really cute wasn't worth the price I paid and the chain should've been added at no charge. Despite the disappointment with the charm I will still purchase from the seller in the future. I'll just make sure the item justifies the price & I understand the entire description.

These are not 10 mm size. They are 9.25 mm. Disappointed but returning them isn’t worth the shipping costs.

Great buyer! They are 9.65mm with their edges folded up. The manufacturer sells them to me at 10mm because of their plate size they are punched out of. In addition ebay has told I can round it up to 10mm because most people dont recognize fractions of a millimeter and it was more confusing for people searching for them. My buyers experience is important to me so I do offer free unconditional returns in the US for your convenience. Please feel free to return them to me for a full refund.
