    Seller did not ship or communicate with me for three weeks. Upon questioning the seller, they refunded my money claiming the merchandise was sold out when it was clearly an active item on eBay. Why would they keep my money for three weeks? Why would they not communicate with me at all until I contacted them? I would never buy from the seller.

    The buyer is right, we should have informed him immediately. Our mistake, but we asked our manufacturer whether the model was in stock or still being produced. Unfortunately, the answer to our query came very late. We then paid the buyer back the amount immediately.
