  I ordered this Milwaulkee trimmer from significantservises. The product came quickly and well packaged. The Manufacture left the accessories kit out of the box. I contacted this seller (email) and told them my problem. The seller immediately sent me the parts missing and I have everything need for the tool. Very responsive seller.

  Good transaction, good pricing compared to others, packaging could have been a bit better as tool beat up the side of the battery during shipping but not deal-breaker. Would buy again.

  Item was as described but was just in a plastic bag loose inside the shipping box. Shipping box was partially opened. Tested the item and worked just like it should. Happy with the item.

  Well it was packed in the smallest box it could fit in so it got smashed up pretty good during shipping ,the end of the saw was sticking out of the box where the battery mounts (hole in end of box) . Not sure why it was not shipped in factory box ? Anyway I suggest you pack better for new high dollar items for your customers .
