    I’ve bought from this seller multiple times, before he would never update the tracking number on eBay but this time he did, which was a great improvement! The items are again, like before, in very good condition, and I’m always satisfied with the items, however, the seller still needs to improve his communication. He said that he would process me a partial refund for the extra shipping fee I paid after he ships the order, now it’s been 9 days since the order was shipped, and there was no refund.

    The seller only marked the order as “Shipped” but did not provide tracking number in eBay. Luckily DHL texted me the tracking number. Also, the seller still didn’t reply me regarding the actual shipping fee for combined shipping. Finally, eBay says estimated delivery range is Apr 9 - Apr 14, the first 5 books arrived within the range (Apr 12) however the remaining 4 didn’t arrive until Apr 18. But except these issues, the books themselves are in very good condition!
