  Exactly as described. Had issue with the first sent item (got lost in transit - no fault of seller), seller was exceptionally quick to respond, and offered options (refund or ship another). I chose to have another shipped, which arrived just now (ahead of second schedule). Excellent service! Would definitely purchase from again. Initial item didn't arrive, but duplicate arrived ahead of schedule, so kudos!

  A+ seller ........I never received my item, but it was shipped. I am reviewing the seller for how he responded to that situation. Upon notifying ebay and seller that the item had still not arrived, seller IMMEDIATELY issued a refund and apologized. It was shipped on time and when needed he responded appropriately and with haste. No harm no foul.

  J'ai reçu le jeu en parfait état , je l'ai également reçu 1 jour avant la date convenue m. il est partie de Floride a une petite campagne Française je recommande ce vendeur serieux et qui a repondu a mes questions et il m'a également donné le numero de suivis Laposte a la seconde où je lui ai demandé.   This is not the seller’s fault. USPS seem to have lost my order along the way. I did contact the seller about this issue and apparently my item may have gotten lost during the shipping process. I receive a full refund of my purchase. And the seller communicated everything along the way. It is a shame though, I was really looking forward to this rare game. Excellent customer service and initiative though. Thank you for communicating everything clearly.

  Despite the holidays, it got here 2 days than originally planned! I unboxed everything and it's all intact, collectibles and all. It did come sealed in plastic wrap and wrapped in (oddly enough) unpoppable bubble wrap, so you're guaranteed that everything is intact from the get go. Great seller! If there's anything else of interest one day, I'll gladly buy from this seller again. Thank you for the item!
