  Cowardly behavior, 10 days with no update. After requesting a refund, they had the audacity to decline it, claiming it was "too late to cancel." How can it be "too late" when you haven’t even bothered to ship the item? They took my money, failed to fulfill, and tried to block me from getting my refund. Dragging things out was their tactic to avoid responsibility. This scammer wrongly assumed I would accept their deception and not take action. Their lack of integrity is appalling.
