Not a problem! So,... despite me still not having a cartridge that I'd like, the seller was understanding and did the right thing for this customer. Printer cartridges are a world to themselves sometimes...

Every cartridge has a plastic protection to the roller and wrapped in its own sealed bag. The 4 cartridges are protected from each others by a foam which keeps them in place. Delivered on the estimated date. Recommended seller.
