  The item is as described. It is new in original box. I received it in the time they said I would. I am pleased with my first item purchase on eBay. The seller put a little card in the box thanking me for help keeping their small business going with my purchase.

  She didnt package the 4 glasses very well & and broke in shipping. I contacted her & she said to send them all back but I wanted the other 3 & she told me it was against eBay policy to give a partial refund. I disagree with her. I had 4 of the same glasses shipped the same day & they were packaged perfectly. When you spend $39 for 4 glasses you expect them to arrive intact or refund for the broken one. As you can see the packing was subpar.
