    Seller had several pictures to view and was honest about the scratch. It is not very noticeable and does not detract overall from it. Seller had good communication and item arrived early. Grill was well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Seller had a very fair price and I felt that I saved a lot of money. I hope once I swap out the other one, which was spray painted matte black by the previous owner, that it will last for many more years to come. Great job and thank you.

    Honestly it was the wrong part, but the seller responded in a timely manner and has fixed the issue for me. It came packaged very nicely, and with a lot of bubble wrap so it didn’t get destroyed on the way here. 10/10 would use this seller again.

    This was exactly what I was looking for, and couldn't be happier. The seller's description was spot on, and the fit was perfect. The seller wrapped the item in thick bubble wrap for protection, and marked the package as fragile. Unfortunately, the shipping company didn't pay much mind, as the box was smashed on one corner. But the seller had the item so well protected, that it still arrived perfectly. I will 100% shop from your store again. Thank you!

    As described and packaged well enough to withstand 2 countries shipping services, outer box was falling apart but inner packing material kept it intact. Safe seller to buy parts from internationally despite how poorly couriers treat packages.

    Description and pictures were accurate. Part was exactly what I needed. We had no problems installing it. Thank you very much. The shipping issue is not the seller’s fault. FedEx sent the package on a tour of the United States before delivering it. I’m sure FedEx screwed up because they updated the delivery date, moving delivery back by a week, after they sent the package to the wrong facility. FedEx is terrible (and that’s based on numerous issues with FedEx deliveries, not just this one).
