  All the items arrived it new condition with noting missing, however the box received a lot of damage during shipping. I would recommended extra packaging to protect the condition of the box. Overall I'm stratified with my Master piece Megatron and will make a excellent addition to my transformer collection.

  The box for my item was a little bent maybe because it was shipped with only a little plastic covering it. My item does not appear to be missing anything, but it looks like it is in mint condition although it is supposed to be new.
