This was an international sale, so we also let the buyer keep the item (which was very similar) in effort to avoid further inconvenience returning the item. Mistakes happen, so we are not sure why this constitutes a negative review after a full refund and letting the buyer keep the item which they agreed was an acceptable resolution.
