  At first I bought the wrong tire for my honda xl100s. Seller was very understanding and accepted the return. Item always arrives within one to two days. Packaing is nothing crazy but yet again it's only a tire. Very nice people over here at oem cycle shop. This is the 3rd tire I've purchased from them. I have nothing negative to say. Thank you oem tire shop for everything.

  The purchased item was as described in the ad. The most not reason not ALL 5 stars is there shipping?? Communications seemed slow forthcoming with tracking from the beginning. Purchased on the 1st and was not shipped till 10 days later. I asked several times for the info? I even asked if the item was delayed which was unanswered. I believe all the reply’s are AI based so no real people there. So communications bout tracking/shipping were my only complaints from the seller. The item was prefect

  Item was packaged nicely and arrived just as described. Ordered on a Tuesday and didn’t ship until Friday. Communication was not the best. Took a day to get reply’s to my messages. Have bought from seller previously without issue. Not sure what was problem with this order.

  Seller is top notch. Iv ordered from them a few times. Shipping is fast, usually ships same day or following morning if ordered of an evening. Their communication is great, it's obvious they care that their customers are satisfied with their purchase and the quality of their purchase. It's made me and will keep me being a repeat customer!!

  Shipping was fast. The tracking was provided almost immediately after purchase. Excellent customer relations. The seller/team reached out multiple times throughout the transaction to ensure there were no issues. Received exactly what I ordered in the original packaging. I would buy from this seller again.,

  Highly recommend this seller! Super fast delivery time and was packaged above expectations! Also was the cheapest that I found this product in new condition. They also went above and beyond by messaging me first after I ordered the product and than again after it was delivered to make sure that I was satisfied and all went well !!
