    The most helpful ebayer I've come into contact with! Their vendor had not shipped the front shocks with the set due low inventory. Put our heads together and the Ebayer was able to find a set of shocks from the previous model year that worked exactly the same. I was back in business after only about a week or so delay. Got all my parts as described and in brand new condition as promised OME parts. Will be back in the future!

    The order started out delivered as a disaster.....miss packaging. However, customer service came through and made the appropriate decision and made the order correct and in a timely manner! My first bad day online shopping, but all came through well in the end. Thanks again customer service!!!

    The product that was delivered was great quality and was packaged really nice..I got the items really fast with no issues...the customer service was is great I got shipped the wrong part but was not the the sellers fault at all the item I was looking at said it would fit my truck and that was not the case...I asked to return the item and they sent me a tracking number with no issues so I could return the item..Thank you for a great experience and customer service
