I am very disappointed that the lounger did not come with the beam. I assumed that it would come with it. Too expensive for what you get.

We are sorry you were confused with what the product came with. It is all over the product description though stating that we provide the bean bag cover only and that the filling needs to be sourced separately. You will find other suppliers also only sell the covers, and if they include the filling, then their products are significantly more expensive. The Chill UV is a lovely bean bag lounger, made from high quality Olefin Fabric. We hope once filled you love your Mooi bean bag.
