Poor communication in explaining the shipping charges & total price with tax. Vase not as described--had a lot of black scratch marks on the outside of the vase which was not disclosed in the description. I was able to remove most of them using Goof Off cleaner. On the positive-- vase was well packaged & arrived quickly.

Poor communication in explaining the shipping charges & total price with tax. Vase was described as having scratches only on the bottom, but it has fine scratches in the interior and a rub mark on the outside, neither of which was disclosed in the description. On the positive-- vase was well packaged & arrived quickly.
