  The flag is perfect, exactly as pictured and described. As for shipping, that’s up to USPS. Watched it arrive in Philadelphia, get shipped north of us, then to another post office north of us, then back to Philadelphia, before arriving three days after the original delivery date USPS promised. Of course, we participated in two car shows during the intervening days. Next show? Two weeks from now. So typical. I guess the flag will be clean for next year’s shows!
