Mein Ziel ist es, dass Sie mit Ihrem Kauf zufrieden sind und Ihren Artikel schnell und sicher erhalten. Ich achte darauf, alle meine Artikel sehr sorgfältig zu verpacken und zu versenden. The packing material was not sufficient. The box was to small for the size of the item. The front corner has damage. I want this radio so I will not file a claim. You made an effort so I will not leave negative feedback. All I ask is next time something large and heavy is sold please add more cushion. Very disappointing to open and find damage.

Well, I will leave the feedback with some small details upon purchasing the item we found multiple problems with the item. This is not a negative feedback. This is just to let you know that the seller, even though there was a no refund or no return policy the seller did agree to compensate in a partial way which I accepted so my recommendation is that the seller is worthy a purchase and he is a seller of trust so all I can say is if you have an issue with an item try to Negotiate a solution
