There was a problem with the original package sent (lost in post office for a littler over a week) but MarketCOL was very responsive to the situation. The 3 star rating on shipping is due to that issue. MarketCOL did ship the product out their door quickly.

    Notice that these are tiny bottles: perfect for travel, hand laundry, and dishes. Seller packed all 12 bottles securely and there was no leakage, no spillage, no smashed bottles. Other sellers should take notice and realize that packaging is almost as important as the product. Great price, excellent fast shipping, very happy with purchase.

    UPDATE: I originally gave this a negative feedback. I have to say, I am absolutely stunned and impressed by this seller! This product came from a warehouse. The seller was good, but the warehouse kept sending the incorrect bottles. The seller went to the warehouse himself and pulled the correct product for me. He went above and beyond any seller that I ve dealt with on eBay. I will definitely purchase from him again! He made me feel like I mattered and made it personal. Outstanding!
