  I just received this product today. Had some issues with the shipping and arriving date. Contact the seller and worked out everything to receiving updates on my order. The seller was very helpful and keep me informed. Seller went above and beyond to resolve any issues. The seller was very helpful, and I appreciate that the seller helped me to understand what's happening with the order delay and trying to find a better shipping solution to have it sent to Hawaii. I would buy again from store

  The item was delivered as described, yet it was not shipped from a US location. Instead, the item was sent from an overseas location. I specifically only tend to buy only from US based vendors. The description stated the item was being sent from Spring Texas. I find the vendor to be disingenuous hence 4 stars.

  The item was wrong, they were very understanding and they apologized and refunded me all my money. I didn’t get exactly what I want but they did let me know that they would notify me once it is in stock. They are very professional, and they seem like a great group of caring people 🙂

  I bought the watch from Mammad12. I was please with my purchase until I had a little problem with it. I contacted the Mammad12 and within a day, the problem was resolved amicably. This shows how good this seller is as far as taking care of the customer and staying behind their customers. I will surely be doing business with them again. I give them 5 stars.
