  thought it would take longer to arrive given it wasn't priority post, new & genuine as described, box was damaged in transit maybe could have used some bubble wrap to protect as the box wasn't very strong & was coming apart by the time it arrived, the pieces were partially dislodged in transit but didn't fall through the gap in the box that was created by the damage. part is fine though; I would purchase from them again - with a note for better wrapping & a stronger box :-)

  Excellent product. Exactly as described. Very well packed, I’m delighted with it. My only gripe sadly is the ultra slow dispatch and shipping. Bought on the 25th July. Shipped 1 week later, item arrived on the 8th August - 14 day delivery! Seller states 5-7 days. Positive feedback left in good faith.

  Yes item as described , very well packed , communication was very good, note this seller does not post until payment is cleared so it could be 2 weeks after you have paid that they will post .comes is absolutely key here.

  Seller tells me there's no tracking, yet I received tracking from Germany? Weird, but the item arrived all OK, and was new as described. Seller communications were awful... and thier customer service needs some work.

  Item is as described. Overpriced is an understatement and they've gone up in price since I bought it. Over 50% more than ford themselves. Item was originally due to be delivered 25th-28th august. Messaged seller they said will arrive 29th-31st august. Only reason they got 3* for communication as the first message I sent when order was ignored. Didn't arrive until 5th sept, with a label stating royal mail 48h tracked. No tracking provided and clearly not 48hrs. Will not buy from these ever again!

  Excellent communication during purchase process. Very helpful seller. Item was dispatched 4 days after payment was received. Contacted the seller once the delivery time had been exceeded, and was told that there was an issue with the label and it had been returned to sender. Overall time to receive item was 2 weeks instead of 5 days.
