    I must say that this purchase was a challenge. I received a head without braids. After many emails with the seller, they finally agreed that the wrong head was sent and would send me the correct head with braids. I received the correct head today. The seller communicated well and the purchase was great in the end. But I will not shop here again.

    The item got lost in shipping, however, once I made the seller aware, they immediately took steps to try and determine the shipping status. Once it was determined it was lost and that they had no other similar items in stock, they immediately offered a full refund. I accepted the offer and a full refund was made immediately. This seller is completely trustworthy and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their communication was excellent and they were a pleasure to deal with. A++++++.👍👍🎖️

    Smooth transaction. The item arrived as described. It was packed well and shipped out quickly. I got the item relatively quick, beating the long end of the arrival ETA quote by weeks! Will gladly do business with seller again. Highly recommended!!!
