  I purchased a item a week ago, no shipping info and the seller has yet to reply to me in 2 days. I’m only writing positive review because I can’t do negative right this second. The shipping has been stuck in one place for a week. I would like to get some info on what’s going on

  Excellent transaction and seller. Had issues with local post office getting package out in a timely manner. It was not seller causing the delay.

  We love the look of this blanket, absolutely gorgeous. Asked the seller about the size as there were two sizes appearing in the listing. They got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. In addition asked if it was beaver or ???? No answer. The blanket is raccoon, not beaver; nor it it sheared. Not going to return it because it is gorgeous ! Only wish the manufacturer would tack the backing into the fur similar to a quilt and what others manufactured do. We will continue to buy.

  First time leaving a negative review. Seller sent wrong item. I diligently returned it but the seller fails to ship the right one and now I can’t get them to respond to issue a refund. I thought this was going well at first since the seller gave me a return label so I didn’t have to pay for returning the wrong blanket but they can’t seem to respond to messages sent them. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

  Communication??? what communication you don't receive any communication until you tell them your going to turn this over to ebay to handle then they send you a email with no information in it shipping if it was ever shipped must be on back of a donky the tracking number is useless. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. THE 96 % feed back is truly kind but check next month it will be lower than that. I should have known the price on the pillows was too low to make cent. Now it's all clear
