Won the auction and paid immediately. No shipment initiated for several days. Then once shipped, the shipment was canceled by the seller and the item was sent back to him. Have sent several messages that have gone unanswered for a week. I've been scammed!

The item was fine however they do not correspond to your email as quickly as needed sometimes. I had notified them that the shipping address was incorrect immediately after i made payment with my card. They did not respond and then the item was shipped to Texas and I live in Indiana. I followed the process Ebay told me to do, however they stated they are obligated to ship to the address on the order no matter what the circumstances?? Not sure if this is true or not.
