    Item was as described a new OEM belt, however shipping was misleading. According to the pictures and charts my shipping time was 1 -2 days, I ordered on the 3rd and label was created, my item wasn’t even received by the shipper until the 6th and didn’t arrive to me until the 9th. I was in a pinch and had to purchase a second belt from another distributor. No communication from this seller warning of a delay or why my belt was postponed from being shipped.

    Did take a bit longer than I had hoped but seller was very quick to respond and let me know what was going on and said they would hurry it up and it was shipped out next day and was packaged very well would definitely buy from them again the communication was really over the top

    Seller had it up for 179. I messaged them to see if they would take 150. They sent an offer (150)but said shipping isn’t included. Not to worried as they are in nj and so am I. After accepting the offer I noticed they bounced the price up to 199. So I accepted the offer and checked out with the 150 offer with shipping included. They canceled the order for out of stock reasons. Call there shop in nj and they tell me on the phone to swing down and grab it and store price was 179. SHADY BUDINESS BE

    I originally ordered this product on June 6th and it was lost by the postal service. I contacted the seller about it and they immediately shipped me out a new product June 21st. I received it June 24th! Great customer service and I will definitely order front this seller again!

    Item is as described. I did not like how the item was shipped. It could have been shipped in a proper box with fragile labeling. I found that the mail services shoved the item in my mailbox with the package bent. Luckily no damage was done to the gasket.

    I received my item today. Thank you. I am a happy customer. There was a minor delay in shipping but it was a holiday week and it did arrive on time even with a slight shipping delay. No worries. To have access to Kawasaki factory parts at a discount is awesome. Thanks again. Also my item was packaged beautifully. This is a seller who does care. I would be happy to buy from again.
