    The first one sent wasn't working, but when I contacted the seller, he apologized, then took the time to confirm that he had other units that were working. After confirming another one was working, he overnighted the item to me. Overall that's the best outcome I could have expected after realizing the first item sent wasn't working as described. Excellent communication, will buy more from this store if they have another item that suits my needs.

    Seller was great. Fast response. Items exactly as described (better than described.) Fast shipping. Postage was expensive to Australia but I suppose that isn't the sellers fault.

    Received on 3rd day. Ordered three, one was bad. One was not showing fully charged when it actually was (a common flaw with these.) Free Return label for refund. Prompt refund, but I simply wanted a replacement sent, so had to end up re-offering at same price and hopefully reordering. There really should be an easier way to get a replacement. Good Seller, I can recommend. Left 5 stars and positive despite one being bad.

    I an exceptionally pleased with the seller's service. My product was shipped within a day of the order, was very carefully packed, and when it arrived I immediately unboxed and set the dvd/vcr player up. It is working perfectly. Thank you, IT Asset Resellers!!! I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

    Received on 3rd day. This was a replacement for a one of three just ordered last week that was bad. Great seller. Will definitely buy from this one again. I truly wish eBay had an easier way of simply replacing a bad item already purchased, rather than have to issue a refund and re-purchase the item another time. All good again.
