  Won 2 of these auctions a $5.45 plus $ $5.02 and tax $22.40. Contacted seller to combine S & H. Didn't see order shipping. Contacted seller again. Was told they were refunding my & and could not sell me that item at the Auction (I won) price and to go to their website to purchase at a higher price or e-bay (now price is changed). Refund w/o my permission and refused to deliver the items I won via Buy it now. 570 purchases this is a first. harris10546.
