I messaged to explain I’d like to return it and then make a new purchase for the colour I wanted. I heard nothing from the Seller but had an eBay message telling me to contact the Seller for postage arrangements. I did this and again, had no reply. Eventually I had to contact eBay for resolution and, fortunately, have now been refunded. Perhaps this is a wonderful company to buy from when they get their order right - but ***BUYER BEWARE!***

FYI, shipping to the USA took a while which was to be expected but the tracking is awful so that was frustrating. But, aside from the shipping/tracking annoyance, the robe is lovely and, I will probably buy another from this seller in the future as they offer many pretty choices.
