  Great customer service! - I received these and the bottom was coming off. This was not the way the shoes were described. I still give this seller 5 stars because he was quick to respond with an apology and refund my money. As a seller myself, I understand that mistakes happen sometimes in item descriptions but not all are willing to fix the mistake. Thank you for being a great seller.

  My item came with a flaw—an unhemmed seam—that was not as described. The seller promptly offered a partial refund and promptly granted it. This made me feel so much better about the purchase and the need to have the item repaired. Very grateful for the excellent communication and would buy from them again.   This is a very vintage looking piece. It’s pretty in the way that Christmas decorations used to look, which is what I wanted. It was packaged well, arrived quickly, is a very detailed piece of the kind that used to fascinate children. I look forward to using it and wish to thank the seller.
