This poor experience had absolutely nothing to do with the seller. They've been amazing to deal with. My issue is with fedex and their lack of communication.

This negative review/ rating is actually a reflection of FedEx Customs. Comments clearly state:

~ We are truly sorry for the poor experience the buyer had, but we were able to work together to resolve in the end amicably. The negative mark here was a surprise, and we do realize how disappointing the issue was, just hoping the feedback revision will be considered.
