Every morning for a week I have to write to them to try and fix their mistake. This is a Chinese company that responds at 3am New York time. They are very little help. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I was gun shy about buying these bikes and when I talked with Ricky he made me feel at ease and he answered all my questions quickly. Once I purchased the bikes I needed to change something and they were able to help me no problem. I would work with these folks any day of the year especially Ricky.
