  I had an issue with the product when I received it and I contacted this seller and explained the issue and provided some pictures and told him I would open a return. Before I could do that he went on ebay and apologized for overlooking the issue before shipping it to me and then completely refunded my expenditure. This is what a quality vendor will do, stand behind his products makes things right. I rated both stars as a 5 mostly to acknowledge his integrity, not product/shipping.

  Arrived safely, was packaged fairly well, haven't used it yet but it seems fine. No problems. I would buy from this seller again. I gave the shipping only 4 stars just because shipping is my pet peeve on these platforms. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the rates, but it can kill a deal. I don't know if there is anything sellers can do about it. Mark
