  They were out of stock of the item I ordered (PETG purple), but this was communicated extremely promptly - they didn't try and send me something I didn't order without asking first to see if it was a suitable replacement - they just asked me directly if I wanted a replacement of the same material (in different colour), a different material, or if I wanted a refund (which I did as I have quite specific material property needs and colour preferences) ^.^

  Warning, this seller advertising his products without vat, if you make an offer it will fail, as the offer is higher than the sale price excluding vat. All prices should have vat included, i wont be buying from this seller ever again. Messing people about, also if an offer is acepted, ebay automatically charges your card. This is unauthorized payment taken from ebay
