  Fast dispatch, friendly seller. Unfortunately, I can't comment on packaging or item description, as it was damaged in transit and didn't get delivered. It was returned to the seller, who let me know immediately and refunded me in full with no fuss. It's a shame I didn't get it but great communication made it quick and easy to sort the issue - thank you!

  The item arrived not working. Seller replied it may need a battery? Chased, as he was looking into it. Suggested today I buy a battery and he will pay for it. I did not accept and asked for a full refund. He has agreed and will accept me applying under the Money Back Guarantee which I only wish to use having run out of patience. The messages are available for you to check the details and timing. No request to return the watch. I propose buying elsewhere. Please help me to get my money back.
