I haven't had chance to use this yet due to the weather so I can only comment on the ordering process. This came in the time stated and was as described. Communication about the delivery was good. My only criticism would be the packaging. It could do with some bubble wrap around the item as the connection ends was poking through the wrapping but it appears ok. Overall happy with this order.
