    Adam at David Manners group was very helpful with the transporting of Bilsteen shocks I'd purchased from them . However I will never use DHL transport again , when I can avoid it . DHL held my shocks for 10 days in Lyon customs . I called them several times with no return calls . I wrote to the owner (CEO) of DHL and explained what was happening . The next day Caroline , a customs agent in Lyon , wrote back and got things rolling again . No apologies from them . Adam was great though ........
