The seller and I came to a mutual understanding about the product and situation. He communicated many times about the resolution of the issue. I recommend buying from him as he is more than willing to reach an amicable resolution. Ultimately he has no control after the item left his possession but did show integrity as a seller to make the situation right. I recommend working with him.

It did not arrive, as it was stopped at customs and will be returned to the recipient. I have already sent two messages to the seller about this return and to find out about the refund of the amount on my card or refund of the money. But so far, no return. I await contact.
