This is a really really good reproduction, its nearly exactly the same as OEM and that's good and bad. The color is a tad blacker as my original 993 cover which can look kind of black/ brownish under certain light. Switches fit nice and tight. Only complaint is that the manufacturer made the reproduction too good with the same super thin mounting tab & switch retainers as the original which chronically break on our 964/993 cars. If it were thicker it would be a superior part verses the original.
