After many messages regards the return process to be used between us we eventually sorted out a way forward and the refund and return was done and sorted via good communication and friendly agreement.

Seller contacted but asked to send item back in original packaging as return to sender abusing the royal mail system. As I had already thrown packaging away anyway seller then refused to do anything about it. Awful service from seller.
