  Although I got a great price on the funko and the order was smooth etc..2 of the 3 pops arrived damaged. FedEx appeared to have kicked the box, compressing and damaging 2 of the pops even though the pops were surrounded in bubble wrap insulation. Notified seller and of course blamed the carrier. Always have issues with packages coming from California. Really sucks for the blatant disregard of property for as much as they get paid. Favorable rating was for price and service, not for shipping.

  Very happy seller sold in lot of 5 and offered lower price. Each HugMee was separately wrapped in tissue paper in sturdy box. Took 9 days get here but worth waiting & savings. Not sure why for ordered later another different lot of 5 but got here quicker . Definitely would recommend & buy from again for had no problems with any transactions from. What you order is what get.

  The package arrived well protected with bubble wrap and protectors, exactly as shown in the pictures. There wasn't a single dent or scratch on any of the figures.   Very grateful for this seller! I placed an order and it was sent out almost immediately. It was stuck at a facility in transit for several days and I assumed the worst. Luckily the seller packaged my order so well, there was zero damage to my items! Items arrived exactly as described in protectors in excellent condition! They will always have an A+ in my book!
