Item arrived in good time, Installation was straightforward. But memory card would not format. I sent a message to the seller and they informed me that memory card was not included in the purchase despite it being listed in the description of the product. No instructions were included to install the card either so I just had to take apart the dashcam and install my own card. Despite informing the seller the issue, they only responded that the card was not included.
